At Erin Rae’s School of Dance, our Intensive Team is made up of passionate, committed dancers ages 6 to 18 who are ready to grow, perform, and shine together! These dancers take their training to the next level in a supportive, team-based environment where confidence, creativity, and community come first.
Our Intensive Team attends multiple competitions throughout the year, proudly representing E-Rae’s with heart, hard work, and team spirit. In addition to competition, dancers also attend conventions and conferences, where they train with master teachers and choreographers from across the industry—gaining powerful inspiration and elevating their technique, artistry, and performance skills.
Here’s what makes our team shine:
Each season kicks off with our Annual August Intensive Week, where dancers dive into choreography, build team bonds, and learn their routines for the upcoming year. It’s an exciting launch filled with energy, focus, and fun—and it sets the tone for a season of growth.

All dancers take part in our one-of-a-kind Team Production number—an experience packed with teamwork, performance skills, and tons of valuable training.
